Billy Joe Steakley, age 50 of Duff, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. He was born on February 8, 1973. Billy enjoyed going ginseng, riding four-wheelers, and his dog Izzy.

He is preceded in death by his mother Geraldine (Jones) Steakley.

Billy is survived by his father Jerry Steakley Sr. of Jellico; daughters Teasa Ulrich and husband Bert of Coalfield and Hillary Steakley and fiancé Michael of Sevierville; brother Jerry Steakley Jr. and wife Loretta of Harriman; grandchildren Alika, Boyd, and Samuel; nephew Daniel; niece Sammie Jo; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00-6:00 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2024, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, 305 E. Beech Street, LaFollette TN, with a celebration of life service to follow at 6:00 PM with Rev. Junior Dople officiating.
