UPDATE (4:10PM-01/17/2024): The latest report is the man discovered in White Oak “appears to have overdosed,” according to Sheriff Wayne Barton. First responders are taking him to the Jellico Hospital Emergency room.

WHITE OAK, TN. (WLAF)- Emergency crews are en route to White Oak where a man has been found in a hypothermic condition.

Details are still coming in, but the man is alive, said Campbell County Sheriff Wayne Barton.

Central dispatch received the call at 3:01pm. The yet to be identified male was located in the Hatmaker Hollow Lane area of White Oak.
