PIONEER, TN (WLAF) – The report coming in to Central Dispatch, just before 5am, was that Howard Baker Highway is a solid sheet of ice near the Pioneer Post Office. It’s believed that slick road led to a wreck injuring one person.

A car flipped on its top between the post office and the Scott County line, according to officials. As a result, the driver was pinned. A Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy was the first on the scene, and he was eventually able to help free the woman from the wreckage.
