JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Interviews in the search of a new head football coach for the Campbell Cougars begin this morning at the high school. “We have some impressive candidates,” said Ronnie Lasley, Chairman of the Board of Education’s Athletic Committee. Campbell High Principal Ben Foust and committee are working to replace former Head Coach Justin Price following Price’s December acceptance to be the head coach at Grace Christian Academy.

Lasley, a former football standout for Jacksboro High and Maryville College, points to the success of the Price Era at Campbell County High School. “Their success has made this an attractive job,” said Lasley.

Among the candidates are a few current head coaches of successful programs, according to Lasley.
