Age 89 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Monday, January 01, 2024, at Beech Tree Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born November 03, 1934, in Jellico, Tennessee.

     Opal is preceded in death by:

Husband: Herbert H. Hurst

Parents: Roscoe & Dora (Hawkins) Douglas

Daughter: Joan

Brothers: Roscoe Douglas, Jr., Arthur Douglas

Sisters: Mildred May, Jewl Hanna

     She is survived by:

Daughter: Darla Minton & husband Larry

Grandchildren: Stacy, Vickie, Joanie, Megan, Traci, Brad, Mark, Amanda, Bailey, Robert, Jaxson
