Scam alert. Spoofers are posing as sheriff’s personnel.

JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL WLAF) – Phone scammers are using the name of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office to collect personal information from you.

“If you receive such a call, hang up and call 911. We do not have any pre-recorded outgoing calls,” said Sheriff Wayne Barton.
