He is survived by:

Wife: Elizabeth (Kidd) Fultz

Children: Havyn Fultz, Brianna Fultz, Charles “Saige” Fultz

Bonus Children: Karman Fultz, Simon Cox, Colby Cox

Sister: Laura Parker
