Robert Mitchell Marcum, age 66 of Jacksboro, passed away on December 6, 2023, at Tennova Medical Center in LaFollette. He was born on September 22, 1957, to the late James Marcum and Mary Edna (Stanford) Marcum. Robert was a loving father, grandfather, and brother that enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons James and Matthew Marcum, and brothers David, Aubrey, Ralph, and Junior Marcum.

Robert is survived by his sons Aaron Marcum and Angela of Jacksboro and Billy and Robbie Marcum; daughters Ki-eshia Marcum of Nevada and Alicia Marcum of LaFollette; sisters Frances Jensen and Charles of Jacksboro and Janice Gillock of Kansas; grandchildren Nova, Stella, Matthew, Jayda, and Bryson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will meet at 9:45 AM on Monday, December 18, 2023, at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on 2200 E. John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville TN 37920, for an 10:00 AM interment with Military Honors given by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
