LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – La Follette Police K9 Officer Zack Daugherty was recently traveling on East Central Avenue when he saw a 2001 Dodge Ram with the driver of the vehicle not wearing a seatbelt.

That prompted Daugherty to run a registration check on the vehicle, and he discovered the vehicle’s license plate was registered to a 1990’s model GMC Jimmy.

It was on Sunday, Nov. 26, at approximately 8:45pm, when Daugherty stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Adam Quinton Albright. A check of Albright’s license revealed that his license was revoked for DUI. Daughtery searched the vehicle and found a glass pipe between the driver side seat and center console with Methamphetamine residue inside it.

Albright, 29, 206 East Bowman Circle, LaFollette was charged with driving on revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper display of tags. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/08/2023-6AM)
