Saturday’s Cove Lake Christmas Dash was a fun time had by all

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – The annual Cove Lake Christmas Dash was held Saturday on the grounds of Cove Lake State Park. “We had 157 registered runners with 136 finishers,” said Race Director Clarence Lowe.

Santa congratulates Peyton Davis, age 22, of Knoxville, who finished first with a time of 18:21.

Fourteen year old Chase Temples of Knoxville recorded a time of 18:50 for second place.

Finishing first in the female division was Vivie White, age 13, of Knoxville. Vivie’s time was 22:46.

Red was the theme for the Cove Lake Christmas Dash.
