JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The narcotics crisis at the Campbell County Jail is continuing. Another drug overdose occurred late Wednesday night marking the 28th overdose since January.

Officials told WLAF News that a Campbell County Corrections Officer performed CPR on the 33-year-old male inmate and also used Narcan.

The patient was transported to the La Follette Medical Center by the Campbell County Ambulance Service.
