CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- Campbell County is seeking bids for concrete work.


The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting sealed bids for removal of existing concrete and for materials and labor to pour and finish approximately 15’ x 103’ x 6” thick concrete drive-thru for the Campbell County Court Clerk’s office in Jellico.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on December 7, 2023 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  All bids must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges.  Bid quotes must be effective for 90 days after bid opening date.    All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid submitted to be considered a valid bid.   All bidders must have a valid State of Tennessee General Contractors License or equivalent specialty license.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the Jellico Annex, County Court Clerk, 315 South Main Street, Jellico, TN 37762 at 3:00 p.m. on November 29, 2023.  All parties interested in bidding must attend this meeting.   For more information contact Tony Hill (423) 562-1180.

Sealed bids are to be delivered or mailed to the Campbell County Department of Finance, Attn:  Lisa Bowlin, P.O. Box 843, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN 37757.  All envelopes must be noted on outside of envelope as bid quote for “Concrete Jellico”.  Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award bid most advantageous to the county.
