Brandon Card’s 8th annual College & High School Bass Open is next month

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Campbell High Alum and former University of Kentucky angler Brandon Card returns home next month to host his annual fishing tournament on Norris Lake.

The registration dinner is set for Friday, December 1, 5pm, at Campbell High. Card’s 8th annual College and High School Bass Open is Saturday, December 2, leaving from Young Park – The White Bridge.

Entry fee is $50 per boat as college and high school fishermen will compete separately. One in three boats will be paid.

Thousands of dollars in prize money will be awarded; $2,500 for college first place, and $1,500 for high school first place.

The high school weigh-in is set for 2:30pm followed by the weigh-in for the collegians at 3:00 o’clock. A huge prize give-a-way follows the weigh-ins that will include Navionics cards, iRod rods, Blackfish gift certificates and Yo-Zuri baits to name a few.
