LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Weather will be a tad on the cool side in the 50s with some sunshine, mostly clouds, for the annual Veterans Day Parade. The parade starts at 2pm Sat. and will venture westward through La Follette on Central Avenue. The parade will be televised over WLAF-TV 1089 along with the many other WLAF media platforms, YouTube, Twitch, 1450wlaf.com, Facebook, Roku TV and Amazon Firestick.

This is an LMTV, a “Light Medium Tactical Vehicle” that will be on display Saturday in La Follette.

Once the parade goes through town, the parade is not over. The military vehicles will turn around and set up on First Street until 5 pm for the public to step inside and get a first hand experience with military vehicles.

Food trucks will set up on the corner of First and East Central. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/10/2023-6AM)
