JACKSBORO,TN. (WLAF)- Three adults arrested in connection with the drug overdoses of juveniles in May have been indicted by a Campbell County Grand Jury.

Jake Allen Sharp, 43, and Rebekah Lynn Sharp, 40, both of 322 North Massachusetts Ave. and Christopher Weiss, 19, 484 Young Road, LaFollette are all facing felony charges for their alleged part in the events. CLICK HERE for the related story.

Investigators with the LaFollette Police Department’s Narcotics Unit allegedly recovered a large amount of drugs from the home where the Sharps and Weiss were found.

LaFollette Police Department investigators searched the North Massachusetts Ave. home and allegedly located several drugs, according to LaFollette Police Lt. Matthew Forsyth.

The Sharps were each indicted on three counts of aggravated child neglect, court records said.

Weiss was indicted on two counts of delivery of a schedule I controlled substance to a minor, two counts of delivery of a schedule  II controlled substance to a minor, aggravated burglary, possession of a schedule VI with intent, three counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

These cases are scheduled for arraignment Mon., Oct. 2, at 9am, in criminal court.

Two juveniles at the scene were charged with schedule I and VI for resale and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
