JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Following a two-day trial last week, a Campbell County jury found Stephen Richard Pratt, 43, LaFollette, guilty of four counts of aggravated sexual battery, three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure, and one count of attempted rape.
After the verdict, Eighth Judicial District Criminal Court Judge Zach Walden revoked Pratt’s bond as required by law. Sentencing has been scheduled for Nov. 27. The state was assisted in prosecuting the case by the Department of Children’s Services, the Campbell County Children’s Center, and LaFollette Police Chief Steven Wallen. Prosecutors on the case were Assistant District Attorneys Lindsey C. Cadle and Josh McFarland.
