JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Campbell County Circuit Court Clerk Bobby Vann cautions everyone there is a scam making its way around the county. It’s a scam about jury duty.

A man is posing as a deputy sheriff, and he is telling individuals that there is a warrant for their arrest for failure to report for duty.

“There are no warrants for anyone’s arrest concerning jury duty. If you have a question, please call me at 423.562.2624,” said Vann. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/24/2023-1PM)
