Zane Evans, age 79, of Caryville went to her heavenly home on Thursday, August 17, 2023.  She was a loving wife, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Evans; mother, Elizabeth Caldwell; sisters, Geneva Givens, Freida Wells, Shelby Jean Caldwell and brothers, Junior Caldwell and Delano Caldwell.

Survived by:

Daughters: Teresa Evans Woodward and husband Rick of Jacksboro; Jackie Evans Williams and husband Andy of Clinton; Erica Evans of Caryville

Brother: Leon Caldwell and wife Anna Margaret of LaFollette

Grandchildren: Brandon Carroll of Clinton; Whitney “Ashton” Woodward Jones of Knoxville; Tristen Thompson and husband Dylan of Jacksboro: Trent Goodman of Caryville

Great-Grandchildren: Jaiden Jones, Elias Littlejohn, Jaxton and Ava Carroll and Paisley Thompson

Family and friends will meet 2 PM, Sunday, August 20th for Graveside Service and Interment at Evans Cemetery in Jacksboro, Rev. Roger Stanley officiating.
