JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments on 15 individuals:

  • Ever Alexis Bonilla Ramos-  DUI, violation of open container law
  • Laura Elizabeth Walker- possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell; possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Amanda Jean Campbell  – possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sell; felony possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with evidence; criminal simulation
  • Randy Lavelle Atkinson -resisting arrest
  • Thomas Keaton McDeerman – possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver; simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance; theft under $1,000
  • Derick Lee Jarrard – simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance
  • Michael Paul Lee – two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping; employing firearm during commission of a dangerous felony; tampering with evidence; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell; ; possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell; two counts aggravated assault
  • Michael Charles Russell –DUI; reckless driving
  • Stephen Richard Pratt- possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Cheryl Ann Pratt- possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Tammy Rene Fowler  – possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Steven Shane Phillips -possession of a schedule I controlled substance  with intent to sell; maintaining a dwelling for drug use; failure to appear
  • Kevin Kurtis Potter – two counts sale of  a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) in a Drug Free School Zone; three counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance (Meth); possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm during the commission of  a dangerous felony; felony possession
  • Robert Ray Martin – aggravated assault by domestic abuse; two counts domestic assault
  • Nakita Louise Daugherty – two counts aggravated assault           

These individuals will be arraigned Mon., Aug. 21 at 9am.
