The Pine Branch hosting special event for educators

LAFOLLETTE,TN. (WLAF)- The Pine Branch is holding a teachers only event to welcome them into the new school year.

Today, from 1pm until 3pm The Pine Branch will hold a closed event that is only open to educators.

“Although we are normally closed on Tuesdays we’re excited to be open for this two hour event so we can shower educators with appreciation,” said Taylor Franke, owner of The Pine Branch.

Teachers are asked to bring their school ID to the event. Homeschooling parents can also attend. They are asked to bring proof of registration.

“We just really hope to show them our gratitude for what they do,” Franke said.

The Pine Branch is located in LaFollette on the corner of Nevada and Central Ave. in the Ben Rogers building.
