LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The LaFollette Utility Board elected officers and swore in its newest board member on Monday evening.

Joe Snodderly was sworn in as the newest LUB board member by attorney Kathy Parrott.

The Bible used to swear in new LUB board members belonged to long time LUB board member James (Cas) Walker, who passed away three years ago.

“His legacy is that he left friends and acquaintances that respected his willingness and his desire to give back to the community. He is fondly remembered,” said LUB Attorney Kathy Parrott after she swore in Joe Snodderly.

The utility board also elected officers, with Boyd Henegar chosen as chair, John Snodderly as vice chair and Janice Walker as Secretary. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/01/2023-6AM)
