JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids for mowing, trimming and cleanup for the following locations:  Health Department, Career Center, Beck Building and Finance Department.  

INVITATION TO BID

The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids for mowing, trimming and cleanup for the following locations:  Health Department, Career Center, Beck Building and Finance Department.   Mowing will start approximately the first week of August, 2023, weekly through October, 2023, and continue in April, 2024, thru June 2024.  Further, the county reserves the right to contact the successful bidder for one full calendar year from award date to determine if successful bidder is willing to provide the same materials or services at the original bid price. 

All interested parties must obtain a bid packet at the Campbell County Department of Finance, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN 423.562.6201.  The bid packet will consist of specifications, bid form and required vendor documents.  All documents in the bid packet must be fully completed and returned in a sealed envelope. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  No bids will be accepted after this date and time.
