Twenty-five years later, the Cove Lake 5K is still an area favorite for runners

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Gavin Cooper did not defend his 2022 Cove Lake 5K championship today making way for a new winner. Andrew Williams of Bountiful, Utah, claimed the crown that Cooper has won three times. Kathy Wolski of Knoxville finished first in the female group and 7th overall.

Jake Pierce of La Follette came in second behind Williams while Azelynn Wilson from Jacksboro was the second female finisher. See all the race results HERE.
