La Follette Police visit with Shawna Henson Friday afternoon along North 5th Street.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A Friday afternoon traffic stop by La Follette Police resulted in the 24th arrest of 36- year- old Shawna Henson.

Henson was stopped near the North 5th Street underpass around 4:30pm. Eight charges were levied against Henson who is also wanted in Knox County.

Shawna Nashea Henson, 36, 113B Sunshine Circle, La Follette, was charged with DUI (driving under the influence), drivers to exercise due care, violation of the implied consent law, resale, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on revoked/suspended, possession of schedule IV and VI controlled substance and a hold for Knox County.
