JELLICO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics search warrant at 521 W. Robbins St., Apt. B in Jellico on May 1.

The home was the alleged residence of 37- year- old Jason Guy McConnaughhay and 27- year- old Chelse Montana Fuston.

On May 8, 27- year- old Chelse Montana Fuston of 357 Newcomb Loop Road, Newcomb, was arrested.

Both Fuston and McConnaughhay were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, schedule I Heroin for resale, schedule II Methamphetamine for resale, schedule II Methadone and aggravated child abuse and neglect.

On Monday, 37- year- old Jason Guy McConnaughhay was taken into custody. His address is listed as 357 Newcomb Loop Road, Newcomb.

Fuston is free on bond and is due in court on July 13. McConnaughhay, arrested for the 14th time, remains housed this morning in the Campbell County Jail on a $100,000 bond, based on jail records. A May 25 court date awaits McConnaughhay. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 5/12/2023- 6AM)
