JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A La Follette man, facing multiple charges, is free on bond this morning after being arrested over the weekend on a second driving under the influence (DUI).

Fifty-five year old Eric Brian Hembree of La Follette was arrested by Jacksboro Police on Sunday at the UT Medical Center at Knoxville, according to the intake press release from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office.

Hembree, of 227 Meadowood Circle, is due in court on Thursday and is charged with DUI (2nd offense), speeding, reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, failure to maintain lane, open container law, drivers to exercise due care and traffic control device. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/02/2023-6AM)
