Billy J. Morgan, age 90, of Caryville passed away Monday, May 1, 2023. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by wife: Shirley Herron Morgan, parents: Robert and Louise Pebley Morgan, sisters: Grace Sampsel, Lauretta Brolyes, Pauline Bruner, brothers: Bobby Jack, James (Brown Cow), Lon and Oddlee Morgan
