LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Bill Archer, a man who wore many hats while spending a lifetime serving his community, was laid to rest on Tuesday.

In the early afternoon, the procession traveled from East La Follette Baptist Church up the valley to Powell Valley Cemetery.
