Betty Lee Campbell, age 80 of LaFollette, went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at U.T. Medical Center. She was born December 6, 1942 to the late Edward Welden and Mildred (Campbell) Welden. Betty was a loving wife, mother to many, and her church was her first love. She also enjoyed spending time with her family which included everyone she met, and she never met a stranger.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband William (Bill) Campbell; daughter Gracie Jeanette Campbell.

Betty is survived by her sons Jerry Lynn Campbell of LaFollette, Willie (Bill) Campbell of LaFollette, and Ricky Jay Campbell and wife Tracy of LaFollette; daughter Flossie Bell Campbell Marlow and husband Michael of LaFollette; brothers Alec Welden, Alvin Welden, Verlin “Doc” Welden and wife Tonda, Lonnie Welden and wife Zandra “Sandy”, and Gary Welden all of LaFollette; sisters Oma Minton and husband Bobby, Janice Wilson and husband Ellis, Thelma Welden, Alice Halbrook, and Nadine Wallace and husband Roger all of LaFollette; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2023 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Iveydale Holiness Church with Bro. Monroe Johnson, Bro. Tommy Swafford, and Bro. RL Johnson officiating. Interment to follow funeral service at Peabody Cemetery.
