Mrs. Sharon Drenner, age 82, of LaFollette was called Home Friday, March 3, 2023.

 Mrs. Drenner was a member of Fincastle Methodist Church where she served with TN Valley Coalition for the Homeless. She was a longtime resident of Logan, WV before moving to LaFollette, TN.

 Sharon was a graduate of Logan High School, Class of 1959, where she was head majorette. She then attended Huntington School of Beauty Culture, where she obtained her cosmetology training.

 While in WV she was a beautician and entrepreneur of Vogue Beauty Salon in Logan, for over 50 years before retirement. More than a salon, Vogue was a place where lifelong friendships were cultivated, life advice was shared, and careers were launched. After moving to LaFollette, she assisted at Shear Designs Salon, continuing her lifelong love of making women feel beautiful.

 Sharon was a member of Nighbert Memorial United Methodist Church in Logan, where she enjoyed praising God as a member of the Chancel Choir and enjoyed serving and cooking in the church kitchen. She also served on various committees at Nighbert.

 Sharon cherished her time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Savannah. Mrs. Drenner enjoyed sewing and taught her granddaughter her love of sewing. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time at the lake.

 She was preceded in death by husband, Bruce Drenner; Parents Klon and Billie Cassell Kirkendall; sisters, Lillian Jacqueline Gengo and Barbara Sue Carper; brothers, Charles Richard Kirkendall, James C. Kirkendall, and Ronald C. Kirkendall.

 Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Samantha Johnson, and husband Rick Johnson; granddaughter, Savannah Johnson; brother, William K. Kirkendall, and wife Joann Kirkendall.  Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, church families, other relatives, and friends.

 Receiving of friends is Tuesday, March 7 at Fincastle Methodist from 3-4 pm.

 Celebration of life to follow at 4 pm.

 Graveside Service is Saturday, March 11 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pecks Mill, WV.
