The lone person on this motorcycle was airlifted to a Knoxville hospital. He was speaking with First Responders as they treated him on the scene.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A small SUV, a Nissan Rogue, and a motorcycle collided in the Jacksboro Pike four lane cut across between Aaron’s and O’Reilly Auto Parts. The mishap that occurred a short time after 2:00 o’clock Wednesday afternoon sent one person to the hospital.

The collision was in the cut across. Below, to the left in the grass, is where the motorcycle rider landed after going airborne some 20 feet.

A man on a motorcycle was thrown some 20 feet from the point of impact landing in the grassy median. He was treated at the scene and then transported by Campbell County EMS to meet with a medical helicopter at the Caryville ball field.

Traffic was backed up in both directions, east and west, and down to the right lane on both sides of the four lane.
