There are several events that happen around town each week, and I’m keeping you in the loop about what’s going on in our neck of the woods. Each week, I will share local happenings, and you’ll be up-to-speed. Cumberland View Baptist Church combined with Indian Creek Baptist and Macedonia Baptist will be having a benefit singing at  Cumberland View Church on Saturday, February 4th at 6pm for Jim and Cliva Fraley, who recently lost their home due to fire. Singers will include members from the three churches and others. Pastors Bill Wilson, Jimmy Ault, and JT Asbury invites everyone.

  4. Mathew- many thanks for a splendid idea. Looking forest to seeing much of our wonderful community at Z I’ve Lake State Park on Sat Sept 24 for the 15th Louie Bluie Festival. Bring a mandolin or fiddle and jam at the Jamming Tent!!

  5. Outstanding work. Having ‘community bulletin board’ where we can all go to one space to see the events that are going on in our community is so needed. Thanks for taking on the task and making it a useful, successful tool in a media site that so many already rely on for their daily updates on what’s happening in our community.
