LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – New Horizon Baptist Church is hosting a community-wide men’s conference. There will be food, word and worship. The conference is scheduled for Fri., Feb. 3, with the evening meal starting at 6pm.

Participants must sign-up by January 31.

After everyone has had dinner, attendees will proceed to the church sanctuary at 7:30pm for the message from the evening’s speakers, as well as some worship music presented by the New Horizon worship team. The next day, Sat., Feb. 4, will start with a breakfast at 8am. Following breakfast, there will be the next session of messages.

Al Truett, who is heading up the event, said Pastor Chris Thomas of New Horizon will be the primary speaker. Truett also said Cliff Branam, who is the director and founder of the Springs of Life Men’s Home, will also be speaking at the event.
