JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Sheriff Wayne Barton and his staff share their monthly activity report from around Campbell County.  This morning, the sheriff is providing a summary of the month of December activity.

Miles patrolled 46,710 (Nov. 35,258)

Calls for Service 863 (Nov. 747)

Civil Process 181 (Nov. 151)

Assisted Motorist 61 (Nov. 50)

Property Checks 2,244 (Nov. 1,561)

Arrests 41 (Nov. 35)

Citations 11 (Nov. 9)

Incident Reports 72 (Nov. 59)

Crash Reports 20 (Nov. 33)

Funeral Escorts 49 (Nov. 32)

There were 297 (Nov. 198) bags of litter picked up across 3,371 miles of Campbell County roads, and four illegal dump sites were cleaned up.
