May 2020 is when construction began on flower beds in Downtown La Follette.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The removal of the Downtown La Follette flower beds, a point of contention, begins this morning, according to Casey Boshears, Director of Public Works.

“We’ll have the right lane shutdown, eastbound, starting at the Tennessee Avenue intersection,” said Boshears. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 01/24/2023-8AM-PHOTOS COURTESY OF WLAF’S CHARLIE HUTSON)
