Dr. David Alan Brice, U.S. Navy (Ret.), age 80 of LaFollette formerly of St. Petersburg, FL passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022.  David served as a Captain, and after attending Medical School, served as Military Physician until his retirement from the U.S. Navy.  He attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, and loved fishing and farming.  Preceded in death by Beloved Son, David Andrew Brice, Mother and Step-Father, Helen “Peg” and Andy Popko, and Father, Homer Brice, who passed while serving his country during World War II. 

Survivors: Wife, Karen St. John; Children, Kevin Brice and Wife, Deborah, Natalie Bowen and Husband, Rodney, and Paul Brice; Grandchildren, Cassidy Bowen, Brennen Bowen and Wife, Megan, Parker Brice, and Sarah Brice; Great-Grandson, Bennett Bowen. 

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, 12:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Sam Sturm officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Wednesday before Funeral Mass.  Family and friends will meet Wednesday, December 28, 2022, 3:00 P.M. at Campbell Memorial Gardens for Military Honors to be conducted by the Campbell County Honor Guard.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Rectory Fund, 1142 East Elm Street, LaFollette, TN 37766.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Dr. David Alan Brice.
