Santa stars on WLAF on this Throwback Thursday

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – On this Throwback Thursday, the clock turns back to the 1980s when Santa Claus would parachute out of a plane and land on the roof of Woodson Mall.

After landing, Santa and his helpers would throw candy from the roof. The mall area would be packed out, and this event would bring out hundreds of people to watch the jump and gather some candy. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/08/2022-6AM)
