Brenda Kay (Hamil) Jackson, age 71 of Caryville, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 at her home. She was born on December 2, 1951 to the late George Penny Hamil and Jewel Dean Justice. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Etta Mechelle Dolin; sisters Barbara Sue Partin and Linda Faye Hamil; and brother Robert Hamil. 

She is survived by her daughter Renae Guy and husband Jeff of LaFollette; brothers George Hamil and wife Cheryl of Barbourville, KY; sister-in-law Jane Hamil of Barbourville, KY; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
