LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The annual Pyro Shows Christmas light show is ready to light up the Christmas spirit. Garrett Hill of Pyro Shows, with help from La Follette Public Works, La Follette Parks and Recreation and the La Follette Fire Department, finished on Wednesday to get Freeman Park ready for the annual Christmas light show. This year there is a new addition across the street from Freeman Park.

Well more than 2,500 lights in assorted colors of red, white, blue and green will light the night. The buildup time to have everything set up is about three days, but it is about a two week project getting things ready before the site build.

Hill is in charge of putting the show together and tweaks the program to make sure the music and just the right lights work together. This is the sixth year for the show that begins Thanksgiving night, and the display time will be 5:30pm till 11:00pm through New Year’s night. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/24/2022-6AM)
