JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Newly elected Sheriff Wayne Barton has had a busy first month as the county’s top law enforcement officer. This morning, he’s providing a summary of the first month’s activity.

There were 127 bags of litter picked up across 24 miles of Campbell County roads, and two illegal dump sites were cleaned up.
