LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – “This is our new Genesis battery powered rescue equipment along with some new rescue struts used for vehicular stabilization for vehicle extrication. The lights will really aid us during the dark, and that’s a major addition to our rescue efforts,” said La Follette Fire Chief Jimmy Pack.

In mid-September, all shifts, A, B and C of the fire department trained on the new extrication equipment with help from a Genesis trainer. See the training story HERE. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/06/2022-6AM)
