JACKSBORO,TN. – (WLAF)- The following indictments were returned last week by the Campbell County Grand Jury. These individuals will be arraigned Mon., Oct. 3 at 8:30 am.

-Kevin Potter (12/20/84)-theft under $1,000, evading arrest

-Michelle Albright (2/8/74) – public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest

-Floyd Marlow (9/3/54)-  possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a schedule V controlled substance with intent to sell

-Natalie Conner (1/23/83)- second offense DUI

-Nathaniel Smith (10/9/96)- possession of a schedule II controlled substance more than .5 grams with intent to sell, two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony

-Christy Wilson (8/20/81), Anthony Foust (5/13/80)- possession of a schedule II controlled substance more than .5 grams with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense driving on a revoked license (Wilson only), failure to appear (Wilson only)
