LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Legends Hometown Grill is WLAF’s business of the week. John and Tommi McCullah are serving up delicious daily specials in what was Walker’s Grocery at 610 East Kentucky Ave. in LaFollette. The new eatery is open Monday through Friday from 7am until 3pm with breakfast hours from 7am until 10:30am.

Daily specials are homecooked and served with all the sides: meatloaf on Mondays, spaghetti on Tuesdays, pinto beans on Wednesdays, pineapple glazed ham on Thursdays and turkey and dressing on Fridays. They offer a full menu serving breakfast and lunch currently and will soon be open for dinner as well.

The McCullahs formerly owned Creekside Market in Stinking Creek famous for its “ribeye dinners.” After selling the business a little over a year ago, they decided to open up Legends Hometown Grill in LaFollette due to popular demand.

Tommi and John McCullah are serving up delicious daily specials at Legends Hometown Grill in LaFollette. It’s in the former Walker’s Grocery building at the four way stop where East Kentucky and South Cumberland Avenues meet.

The pair had several people over the years ask them to open up a restaurant in LaFollette and when the opportunity arose they went for it. They officially opened on Sept.1.

Those special ribeye dinners will soon be on the menu again at Legends Hometown Grill. Also coming soon will be pizzas, milk shakes and ice-cream.

The McCullah’s said they had been “incredibly blessed” by the response from the community and Campbell County.

“We have been so blessed with the opening of this business. We want to say thank you to Campbell County and that we look forward to serving the community in the future,” Tommi McCullah said.
