Victoria Lee “Vickie” (Green) Hackler, age 68, of the Black Oak Community of Whitley County, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday morning, September 13,2022, at Baptist Health Corbin.

She was born on October 4, 1953, to the late Frank Burgin Green and Edna Pauline (Smith) Green in Richmond, KY.
She was a member of the Jellico Church of God, Mountain Assembly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter,China Beth Hackler; sister, Carolyn Morris; nephew, David Morris;father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles Hackler and Oma (Baker) Hackler;and brother-in-law, Roy “Dutch” Davis.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William C. “Sonny” Hackler; two children, William F. “Will” Hackler, and wife, Ginger, and Rebecca (Hackler) Krause, and husband, Daniel, all of the Black Oak Community; and five grandchildren, Olivia Hackler, Liliana Hackler, Caleb Krause, William Aaron Krause, and Oma Krause.

Vickie is also survived by five sisters-in-law, Ottie Rose Davis, China Mae Hackler, Leoma Davenport, and husband, Larry, Gertie Stephens, and husband, Tommy, Barbara Davenport, and husband, Gary; four brothers-in-law, Harold C. Hackler, and wife, Michelle, Henry S. Hackler, and wife, Tonya, James M. Hackler, and wife, Lisa, and John B. Hackler, and wife, Nora; special cousin, Tonda Deatherage; special friends, Heather Wallace and Ashley Walden; her beloved church family; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends, neighbors, and other relatives to mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday evening, September 16, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Jellico Church of God,Mountain Assembly located on Florence Avenue in Jellico.

The funeral will follow on Saturday afternoon, September 17, 2022, at 2:00p.m. at the Jellico Church of God, Mountain Assembly with the Rev. Ray Landes, Rev. Scott Landes, and Neal Wyatt officiating.

Special music will be provided by Rev. Ray Landes, Rev. Neal Wyatt and Nancy Wyatt, and Kim Walden.

Interment will follow in the Dulling Cemetery located in the Black Oak Community of Whitley County, KY.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Mashburn, D. J. Osborn, Samuel McCullah, Tommy Lee Stephens, Dustin Hackler, Greg Wallace, Liam Wallace, and Morgan Hackler.

Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Nix and Ray Davenport.
