HARRIMAN, TN (WLAF) – It was a run like no other Dixie Youth Baseball All-Star team from Campbell County had ever made according to Coach Tim Malicote. The history making run came to a close for the Caryville All-Stars one game shy of playing for the state championship.

Monday’s 7pm game with Sweetwater was postponed because of rain and reset for Tuesday night at 7. Then the game time was moved up to 2pm Tuesday.

David Graham was there for the live telecast over his Facebook page and shares his thoughts saying that the Blue Jays could never really get going and were only able to muster four hits. A three run first inning for Sweetwater set a pace Caryville could not match and the Blue Jays fell by a final of 11-0.
