LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – There will be a check presentation at Chapman Hill Winery today at 1 pm to the Campbell Culture Coalition. The funds were garnered from sales of artist labels used on the Winery’s bottles over the last year.

According to Culture Coalition Executive Director Manuel Mesa, this project was spear-headed by the C3 with the intent that some of the proceeds be given to the programs that the C3 produces. These programs benefit the school children of Campbell County.

Campbell County Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Fields will be in attendance at the event as well.

Local artists with work featured on the Signature Red Series included Alice Brubaker, Deborah Purcell, Jocelyn Griffo and Sam Chapman.

The back label of each bottle had information about the individual artist, the artist association and the Campbell Culture Coalition.

“The Culture Coalition continues to provide free county-wide programs made possible through generous support and collaborations such as from Chapman Hill Winery.  We build and strive with local support,” Mesa said. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/14/2022-6AM)
