JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A Campbell County man and woman who list the same address as their home were arrested on back-to-back days by two different Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputies; Jacob Fox and Justin Phillips.

Daniel Marlow was arrested last Tuesday evening at a home in La Follette on Cumberland Avenue. Fox made a stop at this home looking for another person when, after getting permission from the homeowner, he found Marlow in a back bedroom. The deputy recognized Marlow and knew Marlow had multiple warrants for his arrest.

Marlow was arrested without incident and transported to the Campbell County Jail. The person he called from the jail was Delana McGhee.

Just before noon the next day, July 6, Phillips responded to a call at 306 Hoot Owl Hollow Lane at Jellico. That’s where he made contact with McGhee at the residence she was previously trespassed from, the property at 306 Hoot Owl Hollow Lane.

An official at the jail informed Phillips that McGhee had an active capias/bench warrant. McGhee was placed under arrest.

Marlow, 32, and McGhee, 30, who list their home address as 306 Hoot Owl Hollow Lane, Jellico, remain housed in the Campbell County Jail this morning without bond. Marlow is due in court at 9am while McGhee goes to court on July 20. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/12/2022-6AM)
