Connie Darlene Massengill, age 63 of LaFollette, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the LaFollette Medical Center. She was born August 8, 1958 in Kentucky to the late Elmer and Doris Jean (Tuttle) Johnson. Connie enjoyed flowers, gardening, riding motorcycles, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Johnson.

Connie is survived by her loving husband of 36 years Billy Massengill of LaFollette; daughters, Ashley Childs and husband, Craig of LaFollette, Brittany Bullman and fiancé Justin Owens of LaFollette; sister, Aileen Skeen and husband Larry of Jacksboro; grandchildren, Homer Herrell Jr, Levi Herrell, Travis Owens, MaKenzie Bullman, Austin Owens, and Mackenzie Childs; several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Connie will be on Tuesday, July 12th from 1:00 to 1:30 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with her funeral service to follow at 1:30 PM with Rev. Chris Johnson officiating. Her interment will follow the funeral service at Bakers Forge Cemetery.
