LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Yesterday afternoon, The City of LaFollette Council met to finish work on the 2022-23 budget. In a matter of nine minutes, the council approved Resolution 2022-17 amending the 2021-22 budget. The resolution was to cover budget overages.

Ordinance 2022-09 for the 2022-23 budget had a final reading. City employees are slated for a three percent cost of living raise along with an additional Christmas bonus for employees who have worked 1,080 hours throughout the year on the upcoming budget.
