LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Members of the South Campbell County Rotary Club came together in support of the club’s Youth Focused Service Project earlier this month to benefit area middle school students.

Rotary Club members delivered hundreds of personal hygiene items to the middle school after holding a collection.

The collection process began in late April when the service project idea was discussed by South Campbell County Rotary Club President Rayma Daugherty. The Rotary Club then reached out to area middle school officials regarding what needs students had.

Hundreds of items were collected, sorted and then delivered to LaFollette Middle School principal Sandi Wilson and guidance counselor Linda Prim.

Daugherty said a “special thanks to all the many club members who contributed to this worthy project.” (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/24/2022-6AM)
